It is with sadness that the passing of James R. Sherman of Clifton Park, New York is shared. James passed away on July 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleon Sherman and Alice Sherman; and his siblings, Nick Sherman and Joan Grover. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sherman (Fiorini); his children, Stephanie Russell (Jason) of Waterford, NY, Andrea Tavares (Chris) of Ayer, MA and Phillip Sherman (Kaitlin) of Fort Myers, FL; his grandchildren, Tori of Bree, JJ, Ethan, Grace and Olivia; and his sisters, Virginia Laviska, Doris Robinson and Judy Smey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family, and friends.
