She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Locke of Clifton Park, NY; and her parents, Thomas Simmons and Jennie Simmons (Sapudar) of Forest City, PA.. She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Ammerall (Eric) of Clifton Park, NY and Karen Lewis (Alan) of Equinuk, PA; her grandchildren, Jenna Ammerall, Joshua Ammerall and Charlene LaBean (family: Corey Lewis); and her sister Agnes Johns of Binghamton, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
