He is survived by: his parents, Alan Feulner and Elizabeth Feulner; his wife Mary Feulner; his children, Sara Feulner, Sarah Rivera (Raymond), Norman Warner III (Kate), Lauren and Rick Russell; his grandsons, Jacob, Lucas Russell, Grayson, Julian and Oliver Rivera; and his siblings, RJ Feulner, Edward Feulner (Cindy) and Eileen Jones (Gordon). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
