He was predeceased by: his parent Drs; and his sister Margaret White. He is survived by: his wife Christine (Bogdanowicz); his children, Eric and Katherine; his children-in-law, Meagan Lasky and Joseph Rettberg; his granddaughter Phoebe Rettberg; and his siblings, Elizbeth White of Illinois and Dr. William White of Georgia.
