He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hogan and Florence Hogan (Borst); and his brother Richard B. Hogan (Christine (Swanson)) of Port St. He is survived by: his wife Arlene M. Hogan (Giroux); his children, Kathleen Ann Clark (Larry) of Hemet, CA, Michelle Rene Sausville (Greg) of Eagle Mills, NY and Kevin C. Hogan (Kelly (Chichester)) of Wilton, NY.; his siblings, Joseph M. Hogan (Diane (Peetz)) of Clifton Park and Elaine P. Schlegel (Larry) of Oakridge, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Zach, Kristen, Ryan, Austin Clark of Hemet, CA, Katelyn and Connor Hogan of Wilton, NY.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations and Funerals (181 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Watervliet, NY 12189). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
