Ruth E. Savastio Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 19, 2025, at the age of 99, Ruth E. Savastio of Clifton Park, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Berdine and Charlotte Berdine; her husband Leonard A. Savastio; her son Joseph A. Savastio; and her grandsons, Liam McGlinchey and James Savastio, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Christopher (JoAnn Bisogno), Charlotte Larson (Kurt), Vicki Savastio, Dorothy Pratt, Lenny (Rennae), George (Beth Devlin), Helen Savastio (Tom McGlinchey), John (Winnie Yu), Jim (Becky) and Robert. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Donations in her memory may be made to the Hudson Mohawk Humane Society or to CAPTAIN Community Human Services in Clifton Park.
