It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Callagan (Clifton Park, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on January 15, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Callagan and Mary Walsh Callagan; his child Thomas "TJ" Callagan, Jr.; and his brother William Callagan, Jr. (Rosalinda). He is survived by: his close friend Louise Reilly; his children, Tamara Seward (Trep Bellafonte), Frances O'Neill (Scott Garling), Nicole Osterhout (Andrew) and Ryan Callagan (Alison); his siblings, Betsy O'Brien (Thomas) and Terry Carhart (late Philip); his grandchildren, Taylor Morris (Blaine), Connor O'Neill, Charley O'Neill, Grace Fix, Tanner Callagan and Finnick Osterhout; and his great grandchildren, Tegan and Kamayah Morris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
