He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rueda Ruiz and Rosa Gibson Galza; and his sister Ana Maria Drake. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Mallette); his children, Joseph Rueda (Ronda Gore Race) of Scottsdale, Arizona, Holley Foster (Chris) of Scottsdale, Arizona and Richard Rueda (Cily) of Clifton Park; his brothers, Vernon Jackson (Margaret) of Watkins Glen and Robert Jackson (Carol) of Miami, Florida; his brother-in-law Richard Drake of Marcy; and his grandsons, Gavin Rueda and Wyatt Rueda.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bill's memory may be made to Community Hospice of Saratoga.
