She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Harrington and Olga Frederickson Harrington; her husband Gary; and her son Kevin. She is survived by : her children, Jennifer Beattie (Sean), Stephen Schultz (Debbie) and Mark Schultz (Brandi); her siblings, Elaine Ozolins (John) and Rob Harrington (Diane); her mother-in-law Enid Schultz; and her siblings-in-law, Diane and Wayne. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.

She was a volunteer for the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society.
