He was predeceased by : his siblings, Linus Heffron (Mary), Gerald Heffron (Edith), Kate Bunce (Harold), Betty Burgess (John), Bill Heffron and Ed; and his grandson Brandon Jeffery.

He is survived by : his significant other Ann (Anita Butler); his nephew Steven Heffron; his children, Dawn Taylor (Rob), Ken Jeffery (Tammy), James E Heffron (Shannon) and Brian P Heffron (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Michael Harris, Andrew Jeffery (Christina), Delburt Cody (Carrie), Courtney Jeffery, Meghan Heffron, Karen Heffron, Ryan Heffron, Konnor Jeffery and Billy Edward Heffron. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
