She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Corun and Teresa Corun; and her husband Robert. She is survived by: her children, Tracie [Jonathan] Ruzicka, Scott [Jody] Mallen and Tara [Keith Kupferer] Mallen; her grandchildren, Prudence [Julie] DePew, Harrison Mallen Ruzicka, Andrew [Meredith] Mallen, Shane Mallen and Katherine Mallen Kupferer; and her great grandchildren, Madeleine and Elowen. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dapson-Chestney Funeral Home (51 W Market St, Rhinebeck, NY 12572). A prayer will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's memory to Rivendell Theatre Ensemble, http://www.rivendelltheatre.org , the small professional theater her daughter Tara founded in Chicago in 1996.
