She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin J. McDonnell and Catherine McDonnell (McGrath); and her siblings, Veronica E. Barron, Martin J. McDonnell Jr. and James T. McDonnell.
She is survived by: her husband John D. O'Sullivan (Jack); and her children, John P. O'Sullivan (Catherine O'Sullivan) and Mary E. O'Sullivan. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
