She was predeceased by: her husband Francis; her parents, Arthur MacGregor and Mary-Etta MacGregor (Mootz); her grandson Ronan Willsea; her sister Shirley Pipitone; and her sister-in-law Joyce MacGregor.
She is survived by: her children, Patti Johnson of Liverpool, Lynne Sanchez of Delmar, Carol O'Brien (Paul) of Naples and Tim O'Brien (Pam) of Portland, Oregon.; her brother Glen MacGregor; her grandchildren, Sean Johnson, Erin Johnson, Steven Sanchez, Jessica Sanchez, Claire Willsea and Flynn Willsea; and her great grandchildren, Karissa Johnson, Natalie, Cassidy, Mackenzie Sanchez, Aspyn McBroom Ponessi, Sylvie and Torin Hutter.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (13 Marvin St, Clinton, NY 13323).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Betty's memory may make donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Kirkland Town Library.
