He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Jenkins and Clara Mae Jenkins (Pomerville); his wife Ann Marie Kaminski of Leo's Church; his brothers, Paul and David Jenkins; and his sister-in-law Catherine Jenkins.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie (John Ralston) and Jeffrey P. (Sarah Jenkins); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Jenkins Jr. (Megan Newman) of Deansboro, Cassandra, Brian Evans, Emily Miller (Jonathon Bilsbarrow) of Rome, Christian Russell, Ethan Ralston (Katherine Stuart), Bailey Ralston and Hailey Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Aiden James, Greyson Stith Jenkins, Bryson and Montgomery Evans; and his brothers, Thomas Jenkins (Deanna) and Peter Jenkins (Noreen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
