He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Boor and Ann Boor (Zelko); and his wife Carol Ann Stark. He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Boor and Rebecca; his son-in-law Steve Franchell of New Hartford; his grandchildren, Lawrence Boor, Jr., Haley Franchell and Joseph Franchell; his great grandchildren, Carmine and Rocco Boor; his sister Elizabeth; his brother-in-law John Evers; his stepsisters, Debbie Schlagel of Rome and Diane Testa of Utica; and his caregivers, John, Lisa, Stephanie and Sofia.
