He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kane and Ann Kane (Collins); his sisters, Barbara LaBarr of Peterborough and Patricia Kane of Toronto, Ontario; his siblings-in-law, Bill Burns, Malcolm Hickson, Woody Woodcock and Dorothy Woodcock of Lindsay, Ontario; his nephew Michael LaBarr; his niece Darlene LaBarr; and his friend Archie Burton.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd (Rebecca), Daniel (Mary) and Kenneth (Sharlene); his grandchildren, Dylan, Brittany, Caroline and Emily; his sisters-in-law, Florence Hickson and Sandra Burns of Lindsay, Ontario; and his close friends, Dave Armstrong, Chuck Demma and Pierre Prevost. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
