We announce the death of John L. Magdon (Clinton, New York), who passed away on October 7, 2026. John will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. John will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew John will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. John’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Magdon (Marie Lukasik) and Marie Lukasik; and his sisters, Pearl Mattis-Magdon and Barbara Magdon. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Joseph Magdon and Casey Michael Magdon; his wife Linda Diane Magdon; his children-in-law, Alanna and Sarah Magdon; and his grandchildren, Patrick and Ellie Magdon. He is also survived by his sons, wife or friends.
