We announce the death of Rhoda Martin Knapp of Clinton, New York, who passed away on July 18, 2026, at the age of 84. Rhoda will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Menno Hess and Amy Hess (Martin); and her siblings, Eunice Jones, Nathan Hess and John Hess.
She is survived by: her husband James Knapp; her siblings, Rachel Ruhl, Miriam Kreider, Mary Angell, Caleb Hess and Daniel Hess; her daughter Deborah Cutting; and her son-in-law Andrew Cutting. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Rhoda, may be made to Plattsburgh Church of the Nazarene.
