He was predeceased by: his parents, Galvin Carr and Mildred Carr (Colegrove); and his siblings, Harry Galvin, Jr. (Janet), George, Edward (Judy), Thomas, William Carr (Sue) and Ruth Guererri.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Mia S. VanSteen; his sons, Shawn Carr (Holly) and Aaron Carr (Nicole); his stepdaughters, Megan VanSteen (Billy West) and Jennifer Plucinik; his grandchildren, Tara, Hailey, Lucas and Sammi; his stepgrandchildren, Autumn, Dylan and Cameron; and his brothers, Lester Carr (Carol) and Raymond Carr (Cathy).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Norton Funeral Home (13081 W Church St, Savannah, NY 13146). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Crusoe Cemetery.
