He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Harlow and Martha King Harlow; and his brother Bernard Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Louise Hand (Leonard), Denice Fischette (Jeffrey Sr.), Darlene Doig (David) and Lisa Paddock (David); and his siblings, Barbara Butts (Jerry) and Thomas Harlow (Patsy). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (114 Sodus St, Clyde, NY 14433).
