He was predeceased by: his father Donald L. Palmatier Sr.; and his brother Jonathan Palmatier (Margaret Bouck). He is survived by: his mother Alice D. Palmatier (Young) of Cobleskill; his sister Donna Meister of Florida; Bobbie Jo, Joe Bouck, Chicky Bouck (Bernie) and Mark Schrom (Anna).
