She was predeceased by: her parents, William Proctor and Mary Parslow Proctor; her husband Richard Van Deusen; and her children, William Van Deusen and Jan Pendagast.
She is survived by: her children, Maxine Christman (Richard) and Warren Van Deusen (Patricia); her children-in-law, Linda Van Deusen and Donald Pendagast; her grandchildren, Amy Van Steele, Curt, Mary Hinkley, Mike, Caryn Anderson, Michael Van Deusen, Ryan Van Deusen, Nicole, Donald Pendagast, Zachary Stewart, Christopher Pendagast and Candice; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Joshua Mitchell, Brett, Kirsten Renee Anderson, Parker Van Deusen, Cody and Ryleigh Van Deusen.
