He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Helwig and Florence Helwig, Sr. (Duell); his husband Jamie VanKeuren; his brothers, Henry Helwig of Saratoga Springs, David Helwig of Gloversville and Brian Helwig of Ballston Spa; and his nieces and nephews, Corey, Brian Jr., Gennaro Helwig, Andrea Helwig Sokol and Dominique Helwig. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
