It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Virginia Bever of Cobleskill, New York, who passed away on March 25, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell VanSteenburg and Nellie Whitbeck; her husband James J. Bever; her daughter Kimberly Jo Bever; and her brothers, Alfred "Red" VanSteenberg and Ronald Whitbeck.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Harrington and Tammy Makarowski; and her brother William VanSteenburg, Sr.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
