She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen M. Woods and Verdie Ayers Woods; and her sisters, Patricia of West Woodstock, VT, Sally Lord of Cornish Flats, NH and Carolyn Conklin of North Springfield, VT..

She is survived by : her husband Erwin Fullerton; her sons, Gary (Ellen) of North Argyle, NY, Glenn (Mary) of South Woodstock, VT and Bruce (Kathy) of North Argyle, NY; her brothers, Allen Woods Jr. (Lee) of North Springfield, VT and Leon (Woodie) of Proctorsville, VT; and her grandchildren, Dean (Cheryl), Jason (Natasha), Tricia (Kevin), Matt (Samantha), James of Ballston Spa, NY, Kate (Luke), Colleen (Paul), Dan (Holly) and Elizabeth of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

In leu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to South Woodstock Fire Association or the Thompson Senior Center.
