He was predeceased by: his father Wendell Eugene Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Angel Harvey; his mother Adah Muncy Harvey; and his siblings, Wenda Nonnemacher (Fritz), Wanita Brooker (John), Randy Harvey (Maria) and Wilma Volker (Troy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
