She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Westcott and Margaret Bender Westcott; her husband Gary Howland; and her brother Danny Westcott. She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Northrup (Pete); her grandson Jackson Northrup; and her siblings, Donna Pashley (Rick) of Franklin, NY, Diane Winfield of Franklin, NY and Jim Westcott of Hallandale, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
