He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hamilton and Drewsilla Hamilton Harrison (McMillan); his stepfather Charles Harrison; his brother David Hamilton; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Hamilton, Margaret Dawes (Syd), June McMillan, Donald McMillan and Michael Hamilton.
He is survived by: his siblings, William Hamilton of Painted Post, Daniel Hamilton (Carol) of Canadice, Terrance Hamilton of Cohocton and Kathy Bauer (Randy) of Wayland; his uncle James Hamilton of Cohocton; and his nieces and nephews, Paul Hamilton (Kathy), David Hamilton, Morgan Bradley (Justin), Jason Hamilton (Nicki), Chris Hamilton and Jessica Hamilton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. George-Forsythe Funeral Home (109 W Naples St, Wayland, NY 14572). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
