He is survived by: his wife Christine Wolcott of Cohocton; his children, Chalmers Wolcott Jr. of Hornell, Jonathan Wolcott (Tammie), Matthew Wolcott (Sarah) of Rotterdam and Samuel Wolcott of Dansville; his grandchildren, Jordan and Jonathan Peyton; his siblings, Heidi Pope of Avon, Margaret "Peg" Tuttle (Seth) of Olean, Sam Wolcott (Karen) of Fillmore and Dan Wolcott (Christa) of Fillmore; and his in-laws, Mike Lanpher, Sr. and George Lanpher of Gainesville, NY..
