He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Kapral (Cartwright) of Cohocton, NY; his siblings, Douglas Kapral (Kathy) of Corning, NY and Cathy Cosier (Wayne) of Painted Post, NY; and his children, Vincent Kapral (Anne) of Alexandria, Virginia, MaryKay Seward (William) of Wilmington, Paul Rossi (Barbara) of Corning, NY, Krystal Kapral of Summerville and Kimberly Kapral of Charleston.
