He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Weber; his children, Wendi Napieraj (Michael Napieraj), Joseph Avery (Susan Avery) and Tiffany Washburn (Jason Washburn); and his siblings, Karl Weber (Joan McGarvey-Weber), David Weber (Maria Weber) and Barbara Schreader (Roger Schreader). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Richard's memory.
