He is survived by : his mother Judith Assini Hastings of Rensselaer; his siblings, Stephen Hastings of Schenectady and Allison Fondacaro (David) of Schenectady; his nephews, Sam and Ben Fondacaro; his aunt Patricia Jacobson of Rotterdam; his uncle William Assini (Joanne) of London, Ontario.; his cousins, Katherine Jacobson of Kansas City, MO, Erik Jacobson (Candace) of Rockville Center, NY, Dr. Joseph Assini (Leslie) of Denver, CO, Emily Assini of London, Ontario and Jane Miersch (Ian) of Ancaster, Ontario.; his father Donald Hastings of Loudonville; and his uncle Prentiss Hastings of Troy.
