Powers Jr. of Cohoes, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Edna Grigg Powers. He is survived by : his father James P. Powers Sr.; and his siblings, David Powers (Darlene), Carol Rioux (Tim) and Nancy Beeler. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
