She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ralph Peacock and Mary Sarah Peacock; and her husband Armand Plouffe. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Hebert (Gary Sr.) of Latham and Christine Weaver of Cohoes; and her grandchildren, Valerie Inman of Cohoes, Wendy Dennis (Todd) of Latham, Gary Hebert Jr. (Anne) of Voorheesville, Greg Hebert (Jessica Paul) of Watervliet and Jeffrey Hebert (Erin) of Halfmoon. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and other loving family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joan's memory to Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Cohoes.
