He was predeceased by : his wife Helen Kulczycki Howansky; his parents, Samuel Howansky and Anna Humicki Howansky; and his siblings, Steve Howansky, Mary Swota, Samuel Howansky, Martha Tillema, Peter, David and Michael Howansky. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
