He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Wheeler and Nellie Wheeler of Lansingburg; his wife Claire T. Wheeler; and his sister Gloria Soldani. He is survived by : his children, Mick Wheeler (Kathleen) of Latham, Sandra Wheeler (Thomas DeMeo) of Cohoes, Debra Peck (Bradford) of Greenfield Center, Nancy Moore (Jeff) of Cohoes and Lorie Shea (Luke) of Averill Park; his grandchildren, Melyssa Purrott (Andrew), Kaitlyn Wheeler, Andrew Wheeler, Regan DeMartino (Joseph), Erin Cowan (Edward Colihan), Courtney Cowan (Thomas Schrader), Jonathan Smith (Monica Barreiro), Nathan Smith, Cassandra Engler (Carl), Stephanie Lomaestro (Dave), Joshua Moore (Jessica Thayer), Matthew Moore (Lauren), Shainna Morse (Nicholas), Charles Shea (Shannon Devane) and Adam Shea (Melissa); and his siblings, James Wheeler (Dorothy) of Waterford, Evah Beck (late William), Eleanor Bode (late Joseph) of Brunswick and Joseph Soldani of Speigletown. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren and one great- great grandson, many nieces and nephews.
