Stephen touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Trowbridge and Corinne Trowbridge; and his brothers, Thomas and James Trowbridge. He is survived by: his wife Diane Athanasiou; his children, Christine Barberio (Richard) and Stephen Trowbridge (Jessica) of Glenmont, NY; and his grandchildren, Eva Barberio, Jack Trowbridge and Will Trowbridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Steve's honor to the 'Amazin Mets Foundation (amazinmetsfoundation.org) which provides grants to non-profit organizations to help strengthen programs geared toward hunger relief, youth development, and community services.
