He was predeceased by : his parents, James Taylor and Gertrude Wilder Taylor; and his siblings, John (Jim Taylor), June Hebert, Elaine Nescot and Dorothy Segritta (Mary Girard).

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Doty Taylor; his daughters, Linda Breslin (Bob) of Cohoes and Lisa Taylor of Cohoes; and his grandsons, Jason and Justin Dasenbrock. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
