He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Allen (Hughes) and Millard Allen; his wife Betty L. Powers; and his siblings, Ronald, Tommy, Bobby and Joan.
He is survived by: his children, David Allen Jr. of Cold Brook, Marion "Sis" Przelski (Roger) of Poland, Michael Allen (Melissa) of Poland, John Allen of Poland, Josephine Bogacz of Attleboro, MA and Matthew Allen (Anna) of Schuyler; his grandchildren, Amanda, Chad, Sara, Brittany, Dakota, Dylan, Taylor, Tanner, Rylea and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Jade, Wyatt, Brynlee, Brayden, Brooks, Jah'Taveis, Brodi, Addisyn and Rory. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
