It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Estony of Cold Spring, New York, who passed away on March 2, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Krajeski and Frank Estony; and her brother Frank (Gladys). She is survived by: her siblings, Helene (late Jack Carey) and Robert (Ronnie); and her siblings' children, Ellen, Susan, Patti, Liz, Lorna, Lori, Maureen, Jennifer, John and Frankie. She is also survived by 21 grand nieces and nephews and 4 great grand nieces and 2 great grand nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home Chapel (168 Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10703). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (110 Shonnard Pl, Yonkers, NY 10703). A committal service was held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the St Mary's Cemetery (114 Sprain Rd, Yonkers, NY 10710).
