He was predeceased by: his father Dayton T. Maxwell; and his sister Donna Spear. He is survived by: his mother Doris Perkins (LeRoy); his wife Sandra Matteson Maxwell; his children, Renee Mclaughlin (Johnny) and Joshua Maxwell (Maria); his grandchildren, Robert (Samantha), Ashton, Anthony Zullo, Sabrina and Samantha Maxwell; his great grandchild Evelyn Zullo; and his siblings, Darlene Seanor (Bob), Douglas Maxwell (Doreen), Dorenda Walters (Matt), Dayton Maxwell, Jr. (Amy), Deanne Noonan (Matthew) and Matthew Perkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in memory of David may be made to any veterans' organization of one's choice.
