He was predeceased by: his children, Shavonda T. Smith and Shabare Smith. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Smith; his children, Elisa Smith, Equne Smith, Nyasia Smith and Cory Smith; and his siblings, Nathaniel Smith, Donna Hogan, Gloria Smith, Sharon Smith-Barr, Av Barr, Lavarn Williams, Annette Smith, Paul Smith, Alfred Saunders and Lasharn Saunders. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; his four Godchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
