He is survived by: his parents, Kerry Jordan and Brenda Jordan; his friend Beth Clark of Hair Confidant; his partner Sheldon Collins; and his pets, Buddy and Bella. He is also survived by his family, friends, coworkers, and beloved pets.
In lieu of flowers, Guy requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
