She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Appio and Catherine Appio (James (Jim) Warren); and her sisters, Cathy Appio and Patricia McBride. She is survived by: her husband James Warren (Jim); and her sisters, Theresa Watrous, Deb Blaauboer (Mark) and Diana Trombley.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Community Hospice in memory of Jane.
