Jean V. Smith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jean V. Smith of Colonie, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2026 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred E Smith (Al); and her parents, Edward Scarff and Irene Scarff. She is survived by: her sister Renee Mullin; her daughter Jeannie Smith (Cholly); her granddaughters, Alison Pingelski (David), Tami Bell (Tim) and Tara Anuszewski (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Joscelyn Lecuyer (Brent), Anthony Bell, Samantha Carlo (Josh), Jessica Pingelski and Kody Anuszewski; her great great grandchildren, Brantley, Baileigh Carlo and Eliza Lecuyer; and her sister-in-law Gladys. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
