It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John David Halligan of Colonie, New York, born in Niskayuna, New York, who passed away on April 22, 2026, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, John P. Halligan, Jr. (Dee Steeley) of Mechanicville and Nancy C; his close friend Dana Borter; his children, Tavyn and Kaileigh; and his brothers, Stephen (Katharine) of Guilderland and Scott (Kari) of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
