He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Josephine Garrett (Hickey) and James S. Garrett; and his son Mark. He is survived by: his son Todd; and his grandchildren, Sarah Garrett, Christian Garrett and Alina Garrett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
