He was predeceased by: his parents, John Starr and Hedwig Starr. He is survived by: his wife Marie Marchione Starr; his children, John Starr (Patty), Charles Starr (Terri), Sherry Muehl (George) and Mark Guennel; his grandchildren, Kayla Starr and Alex Vercherau (Gabby); his great grandchild Archer; his brothers, Steve Starr and Christopher Starr (Wendy); and his friend Gerry Scalzetto.
