He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Soden; his wife Linda; and his brothers, Charles and Donald. He is survived by: his father Arthur Soden; and his children, Kathleen Pasquini (Joseph), Sharon, Suzanne and Brian. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, monetary and/or material donations to assist our Capital Region veterans are encouraged to be made in Joe's name to the Veterans Miracle Center (VMC), 10 Interstate Avenue.
