She was predeceased by: her father Col. Floyd M. White. She is survived by: her mother Barbara White of Schodack, NY.; her boyfriend Robert Van Wormer; her children, Nicolas Trianni and Jessica DiPietro (Dave); her grandchildren, Faethe and John DiPietro; her siblings, Dennis White (Jenn) of Selkirk, Vicki Driscoll of Temecula, CA and Patti Miller (Tony) of Camp Creek, WV.; and her caregiver Alisha Jason. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
